3. Payments & Refunds
- Pricing and schedule of a project are agreed before the commencement.
- Once the project is launched, then the advance payments are not refundable.
- Cancellation of monthly marketing services can take place prior to another billing cycle.
- Webglore has the right to suspend non-paying services.
The timing of the project will be based on the responsiveness of the client and approvals. Webglore is not responsible to hold delays as a result of a lack of a content that has not been received, feedback or communication. Once the strategic planning, research or design is initiated, there are no refunds. This Term of Use does not allow reversing of custom work and digital marketing services after they have been executed.
4. Intellectual Property
Webglore owns all the content on this site such as the design, text, graphics, branding and strategies. It should not be reproduced, reused or reprinted without authorization.
When it is paid in full, the client owns the end approved design or deliverable, excepting in the case of third-party tools, licensed assets, or stock resources utilized. Under this Term of Use, Webglore can display work that is finished in its portfolio, marketing materials and case studies unless we express otherwise in writing.
5. Results Disclaimer
We shall not want the worst results, but:
- Marketing and SEO performances are based on competition, industry and algorithms.
- We do not promise certain positions, leads, or sales volumes.
- There is no guarantee of the performance in the past translating into future results.
The outcomes of marketing are based on numerous external variables: the rivalry, the necessities of the market, the financial resources, and the conduct of platforms. Through our services, you realize that the results will be different and will depend on factors that we cannot control according to this Term of Use.

Clients should adhere to the rules of advertising platforms and provide the correct information about the business. According to this Term of Use, Webglore is not responsible to suspend accounts due to violation of policy, false claims, limited niches, or misleading content of the clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
Webglore is not liable for:
- Business losses.
- Revenue loss.
- Data loss.
- Hosting providers or third parties bring down the website.
The risk of using our services is on your own.
We do not host failures, domain problems, hacks, and other technical failures that are not in our control. The digital assets of clients must be supported and secured as specified in this Term of Use.
8. Termination
We can cancel or deny service, on account of:
- Abuse.
- Harassment.
- Illegal activity.
- Non‑payment.
When the client decides to abandon the project once it has started, the number of hours and resources incurred will be subject to payment and can be paid in real-time. Read this Term of Use on a regular basis to be informed about our practices and policies.
9. Changes to Terms
We are free to revise these Terms of Use. Using the site again once an update is made implies that you agree to the new terms.
