Data deletion

You can remove the data associated with your use of our apps at any time. Here is exactly how, and what gets deleted.

We do not have an account system

Our apps do not require sign-up. There is no username, password or profile stored on our side, which means there is no account to close. The only data connected to you is anonymous analytics and your device advertising identifier.

Option 1 – delete it yourself

  • Reset your advertising identifier: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID. This breaks the link between your device and any previously collected advertising data.
  • Clear local app data: Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear storage. This removes your preferences and any local records on the device.
  • Uninstall the app. Once uninstalled, no further data is collected from your device.

Option 2 – ask us to delete it

E-mail privacy@webglore.com with the app name and, if you have it, the app instance identifier shown in the app settings. We will delete the associated analytics records.

We respond within 30 days. We may ask a follow-up question to identify the right records, but we will not ask you for information we do not need.

What we delete, and what we keep

  • Deleted: analytics events and crash reports linked to your app instance or advertising identifier.
  • Deleted: any support correspondence, on request.
  • Kept: aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to any individual or device.
  • Kept: records we are legally required to retain.

Files you selected inside our apps were never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
